Thanks for the airtime Nic! We going to be doing a number of episodes around the World Cup and helping people understand where to go, what to do and what its all about!

Whilst it is widely known and publicised how to get a ticket for a WC2010 match it is clear that people in SA and abroad will shun the tournament for fear of their safety, lack of housing and transport and threats of terrorism and organisational incompetence – glimpses of which have been widely seen during last year’s Cup already.

Ticket sales have been especially slow in England and in Europe, where on average only 8pc of allocated tickets have been sold. In the end, ‘organisers’ will have to give away tickets for free if they want to fill stadia.
