That spiced cured salmon and shrimp remoulade (in the pic) from the Saxon was sooo delicious - I planned my lunch and dinner menu meticulously evey day and got to taste most things - lucky me - don't miss the next one............. tastebud. My feet are so sore, i got a great tan and it was an amazing 4 days - hats off to the Ccraig and his team the 15 gorgeous chefs and their fabulous food, Watershed (yay craig!)and everyone in Jozis who braved the heat and supported the event - thank you - see you next year or come to Cape Town in April for Taste of Cape Town 09!
