It’s not often that I will write a simple, short, sweet post punting a product (and without pay). Yet I feel compelled to right now.
How could I say no to writing about a book with the word “Kak” in the title? I couldn’t.

Most Saffers know the code of the braai, but there’s always one guy who steals the tongs when you’re not looking, pokes the coals indiscriminately, pricks the boerie without asking and tries to jump the meat queue. Odds are he’ll be the oke shouting at the ref later before heading to Montecasino for an evening of high culture.
I don’t often buy books to be honest. I read most of my content online nowadays, but this is one book I will soon be purchasing.

Excellent!!! This is a book I am most definitely going to order even for delivery in the UK. We need more literature that captures the real side of life in South Africa. (and NO, not just all the negatives) Thanks for sharing NIC! SA ROCKS

I’ve read this book, and all I’ll say is that it is highly addictive. It wasn’t even mine. I went to a braai, found it there and was unsociable for the rest of the night while I read it. I love the section on petrol station employees.

OK..well tears of laughter streamed as I read the intro…where can I buy this book…that’s what I love about being South African….we can really laugh at ourselves, and feel the love all at the same time! (lol)

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.

Hi there this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
