So check this…. The housing boom in SA isn’t over, I’m doing research 4a client and it looks like the super-cheap end of the market is now showing the kind of growth that the expensive houses were showing a couple of years ago.
This is gonna do much to uplift alot of people economically. Yay! SA rocks! Now let’s go buy property in khayelitsha:)
