I went to see David Kibuuka at the Blues Room on Saturday. He is one funny dude. He is unemployed as he reiterated throughout his set. I am not going to talk about David’s set or the Blues Room (a very hot Jozi venue), if you want a more detailed review of the night or just general reviews check out this blog. What I want to talk about is his little ad-break in the middle of his set. David is co-starring in a movie, a South African movie that has been picked up by the likes of MTV. Bunny Chow is this movie.
I am going to try and make it my goal to see this movie over the weekend, lets hope that I can. If you have seen it, please let me know what you thought. Otherwise make it your goal to see it this weekend too.
Well done to all who were involved, it rocks to see South African actors and film makers being recognised over the seas!
